I have always been drawn to places with memory — old houses with creaking floors, inns that have welcomed travelers for generations, kitchens where recipes carry family history, and shops where every object has a past life waiting to be discovered again.

Writing is my first language. It is how I process travel, preservation, food, and the quiet moments that might otherwise pass unnoticed. Everything else — vintage, real estate, hospitality, restoration — flows from that same impulse to notice, record, and share.

My historic renovation work reflects a portfolio of past projects and a deep commitment to preservation. I no longer actively flip houses, but I remain passionate about connecting investors and communities with properties worth saving.
